REFUND POLICY

Payment remitted throughout online payment system are eligible for refund according to the terms and conditions established for the products and/or services detailed by our estimating and invoicing system. Otherwise, All Sales are Final — No Refunds. Please contact customer service, in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for defect in manufacturer workmanship or service rendered within 30 days of purchase date. Any refunds approved and issued according to this policy will be provided as a credit to the credit card issued at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days upon receipt of returned merchandise.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Subscription  services are offered in one-year terms with monthly or annual payment plans. Early cancellation of any subscription service any payment plan revokes any discount eligibility for services rendered during the subscription period and the discount allowance will be invoiced accordingly due on receipt.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

Payment remitted through our online payment system is subject to a 3% convenience fee. All shipping and delivery is completed according to the terms and conditions established by our estimating and invoicing system.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders for all products will not be charged sales tax; in state orders for all products will be charged 7% Indiana sales tax. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
